Shipping Policy
Every Rainbow Girl order is printed on demand. Printing quality is carefully vetted and every print is signed by hand. Rainbow Girl prints are printed on archival-grade high quality matte paper. Prints will be shipped within a delay of approximately 7 business days after your purchase.
Rainbow Girl pillows and other home decor items are printed via our manufacturer and shipped directly from their factory to your home.
Shipping rates may vary by location. Your art print will be shipped in a tube, reducing chances of bending, breaking, folding and other common damages associated with the shipping of works of art.
Delivery Options
I use Fedex Ground and USPS Ground to ship art prints within the United States and Canada. I use USPS First-Class International to ship around the world. Every shipment is insured and you will be provided with a tracking number when the work of art is on its way to you. Delivery time may vary according to location.
A local delivery option (courier) is also available for residents of zip codes around Austin. If you choose that option, your order can be delivered in person the very same day it's been printed and signed. If you qualify, you will see this option offered to you at checkout. Please note that someone will have to be at home to receive the delivery.
All Rainbow Girl pillows and home decor items are shipped via USPS.
Return Policy
I do not currently take returns unless the print is damaged during delivery. If your print does not arrive in pristine condition, please contact me and I will send you a replacement. Since every print is insured, I will be able to replace it free of charge.
